Philip217 Posted April 25, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 25, 2007 We have another winner from my latest batch of comment cards: "We are very old and tired. We enjoy the shows, but do not have enough energy to applaud. A proper cruise line would install a push button on the back of every chair in the auditorium. Pushing the button would cause a recording of applause to play. This way we can conserve our energy. Thank you."

Happy ks Posted April 26, 2007 #18 Share Posted April 26, 2007 How in the world did they find the energy to walk to the show room? Or even board the ship in the first place? There are recordable buttons available for purchase (they look like the Staples button), since they are not required by all, perhaps a charge can be made for rental of these devices. Just like soft drinks and booze, I don't care to fund the unnecessary choices of others. Perhaps if they went ahead and tried to clap, it might build up their stamina. Texas_Diver Posted April 26, 2007 #19 Share Posted April 26, 2007 ROFL While we are installing buttons, can we add ones for the jet-propelled expulsion of obnoxious people who constantly kick the seat behind us? D.
