Denali shuttle bus questions??

I ordered our shuttle tickets at the end of Feb. (for Aug.), the person said I would get them in about 3 wks and they still haven't come yet. Has anyone gotten theirs yet?
Also, we are planning to take our lunch on the shuttle in a small cooler. If this is a school bus, is there room to store it or does it have to be cramped down by our feet? Thanks!

There are overhead racks in the buses, but a soft-sided cooler would be best.

They have an 800 number, so you may want to inquire about your tickets?? As mentioned- there are overhead racks, they will hold a "6 pack" type cooler, but not much bigger unless you can put it on it's side. There is very little room at your feet. If the bus isn't full of course you can put it in the seat next to you, but they will fill up every seat of the bus if there are people getting on.

I order my shuttle tickets by fax around the first of January and received them in about a week or so.

Thanks, I called them and I don't know what happened , but they came in the mail today. Now to do some more waiting, 4 months to go!
