HMC Activities Question?

My Wife and I are looking forward to our first cruise with HAL this coming Christmas season.

My question is regarding the activities on HMC. I have seen the excursions on HAL's website, but I have also read elsewhere that there are wave runners (jet skis) available for rental at the island. I have not seen this in anything recently published and am wondering if this is the case? Any help I could get on this would be much appreciated.

My wife and I are in our mid 20's. I have cruised before, and this will be her first! I am very much impressed with HAL and looking forward to it. We choose HAL because we enjoy a more relaxed laid back atmosphere, and really are not into a party scene at all (we would rather sit at the piano bar). I hope that HAL will work for us and even though we are younger will fit in ok.

Nate:

HAL offers something called "The Aqua Trax Adventure", or at least they did for our Christmas cruise this past December. I believe the Aqua Trax is the HAL version of the jet skis. Also offered on Half Moon Cay is horseback riding, deep sea fishing, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, and guided bicycle and hiking tours, among other options. We were lazy, and opted for our own cabana on the beach, where we had a glorious day!

Here's a link from the HAL website with info.

I'm sure you and your wife will enjoy your first HAL cruise this Christmas:)
