If you are fortunate enough to be booked with a Friends and Family discount, is an upsell or (free or inexpensive!) upgrade ever available?

It all depends. They will offer them to full price paying passengers first, and then if there is space left they might offer them to you for the same price as passengers.

Thanks! I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'm happy with the AF mini suite I have (although I wouldn't mind an AB or AC!), but I'm hoping that my DDs can upgrade from their inside cabin to at least an OV. (These are both on POH.)

If you got a AF on a friends and family then I would be happy! They are mainly BAs or insides. You never know though, good luck!

I got confirmed on a F&F rate and was so happy, I did not care if I was in the inside lowest cabin there was. 9 nites to Southern Caribbean for $599/pp -
