Kids Crown and Anchor Numbers

Recommended Posts

I was given Crown and Anchor numbers for my children several weeks ago but with RCCL updating their systems I wasn't able to put their numbers on our reservation. I had already completed the online check in weeks ago without the numbers but went in today and was able to add them. Does anyone know if I need to reprint the online check in papers or call them or will RCCL pick up the numbers from the check in itself 10 days away from the cruise? For anyone who has received the books for their kids did your kids really use the book or should I not even bother if they get it or not?

Also, anyone with numbers from weeks ago having problems getting them on your reservation give it another try. It seems they might have worked the kinks out of the system.

We only used one coupon in the book - Buy $10.00 worth of arcade games and get $5. for free. Everything else we found useless to our kids. I was disappointed in the book and had to go ask the Loyalty amb. to get it in the first place. It's a new program and maybe it will get better. There have been several threads on this. If you do a search you will find lots of opinions about it. Hope it works good for your kids. E-Beth

From what I understood, the kids numbers don't get activated onlline t same as the adult numbers do. Their numbers should automatically be linked to the adult relationship, therefore it should activate as soon as the system allows.

After reading the OPs statement,I went to go put my son's number into our existing reservation and it was already there. C&A is on the ball! And his number starts 326.

VERY Wierd!

I was able to enter my youngest DDs # which starts with 326...but was unable to enter my other 2 DDs #s which start with 178. Incidently, I registered the older 2 in April...the other was just recent. It seems to me that they are taking care of the more recent applicants before the early on-line enrollees!:(

The first three numbers are 326 and I called to get the numbers a couple days after the new program went into affect. I tried preregistering them before the official date on the website and also on the website after the programs started and never received anything or was issued numbers. I had to call and have someone give me the numbers over the phone and then it took several more weeks for the numbers to be activated.

I called up there today to get a number for my husband & son. I had a number issued to me a few weeks ago (I didn't realize at the time that each one of us needed one) and have been unsuccessful in activating it online.

The woman today told me they were having problems with the online activiation... she linked the C&A numbers to our reservation & said we'd get all benefits without the books (which won't come on time). I guess we pick them up there.
