Over charged

Just got my bank statement and the amount charged for my S&S card was different than they originally told me. How do I get an updated printout of what was charged? I dont have a problem paying for what we bought but want an explaination of the additional charges.

I would just try calling Carnival. They should be able to email or fax you an updated S&S statement.

Do you still have a copy of the final statement that was put under your door on the last day of your cruise? If not, call Carnival's Guest Relations department and talk to them about it......

Did you charge anything after leaving your cabin on the final day but before leaving the ship? Pictures? Gift shop? Specialty coffee bar?

 

Also did you charge after midnight of the last night? These charges may not have made it to your final statement. But could jog your memory with our ideas!
