Wailua River & Fern Grotto Tour-Roberts

Has anyone done this tour on the second day in Kauai on POA? Tour gets back at 1215 pm and ship departs at 1 pm that day. Should I be concerned about getting back so close to sailing as I've heard traffic can sometimes be bad on the island. Thanks ahead.

This was my concern too. I've booked few with Roberts Hawaii but for this excursion, I did not want to take chance so I booked it with NCL.
