Nassau - any places to hear traditional music?

We have a port day in Nassau that stays overnight. Any places to hear more traditional Bahamian music, like goombay or junkanoo, or just good Caribbean-style music? We have two kids, 15 and 11, so hopefully it would be someplace that we could bring them along. If it's a place that serves good Bahamian food, so much the better. :)

Have you sailed yet, and if so, did you find such a place? We are leaving the end of this week, and would love to find a beach with island music. Thanks!!!
