besides duty free liquor, cigars and cigarettes...pretty much the same old souvenir gift ship junk. as well as the overpriced photos.

Think of a hotel's gift shop. Little things like finger nail clippers to Old Spice cologne to the little cruise ship likeness key chains. Much like a very little drug store to souvenirs, to t-shirts. Plus there is a tax free store.

 

My favorite is where they sell chocolate candy. Much bettter than the free so called chocolate buffet. Actual chocolate candy.

oh and here's a funny thing i "overheard" on last week's Spirit cruise in the gift shop...

 

pax: i'd like to know if you carry hairbrushes. i forgot mine at home. so hopefully you have them.

NCL: yes ma'am we do have hairbrushes. they are in the duty free shop where the liquor and cigarettes are.

 

*blank look on pax face*

 

pax: (light sarcasm) oh...that makes sense. i didn't think to look there.

 

my wife any i got a good laugh at that one.

There's also a Columbian Emerald's store (which I love!!!) They have gorgeous jewelry and beautiful watches.

 

You can get the same merchandise here for the same price as on the ship, except you'll obviously save the postage by buying the item aboard.

On most Carnival ships, that is where the condoms are also along with most toiletries.
