Yahoo Messenger on Silversea

I have read that Skype is blocked on Regent and Silversea - bandwidth and such. What about Yahoo Messenger? Anyone know?? You can also dial to phones on Yahoo Messenger over the internet.

yahoo worked for me last time I was on a cruise. the connection is slow enough that voice .. probably isn't going to work well.

Just returned from a month on the Cloud. I was able to access Yahoo only twice!! Very frustrating.
