Monarch Question

Do they heat the pool in the fall and winter months or do they just leave it empty?

You know I've been on the Monarch 3 times & I've never used the pool!!!

 

It's always been filled and we've cruised in Oct., Nov., and December. As far as it being heated....I don't believe any of the outdoor pools are.

It was sunny and in the 70's during my January 2007 Monarch cruise. The pool and hot tubs were full and folks were merrily using them.

I am going again this January (praying for the same weather!) and am packing a swimsuit!

As far as I know, all of the ships pools are seawater. I'm sure that they have the piping in the engine room to be able to heat a pool or spa as necessary.
