Carnival Platinum VIP - what can I expect?

You can get cookies and milk anytime from room service whether you are platinum or not. I got chocolate covered strawberries one night, appetizers another two nights. Stationary is pretty silly, wish they would do something else. You also get a Carnival logo item. Mine was a tote bag. Priority tendering, platinum line at information desk. The best part for me was the guaranteed seating for dinner and the priority embarkation and debarkation.

I don't take mine out anymore. Its like being a rock star. As soon as someone see's it the questions start. Even the carnival staff want to know how many you have been on, what ships, how long did it take you to get there. When I want a drink I just have my wife take out her gold card. Please no autograph's im on vacation LMAO no its all in fun. Sooner or later carnival is going to have to make another card or up it to 15 or 20 to be Platinum. My last cruise there were very few Platinum, the one before there were a lot. I have to admit there is a different treatment by the staff when they see that Platinum card.

We got a tote bag, chocolate strawberries, canapes, platinum line at the purser, and will be using the free laundry on our b2b next year, but for me the best perk was priority embarkation/debarkation and especially when we had to go through immigration before St. Thomas.

The casino staff was also very attentive (and generous)

I think you also get free laundry service! That is the best!

Wash and fold....which is great, but if they included pressing it would be even better!

We've booked out 10th Carnival cruise.....so we'll be Platinum on our Hawaii cruise!!! Wooo hooo!
