Shorter Cruise but No Price Change (except port charge)

Our family of three has reserved with RCCL directly for a five-day cruise out of Hong Kong next year. Today, I got a call from RCCL that it is now going to be only a four(4)-day trip with one port missing. The price will ONLY go down by the amount of the port charges for the port that we will miss. They will give us $100 per cabin OBC if we want to keep the reservation. The web is not showing any availability for now (N/A for all categories). There is nothing we can do now except maybe keeping the reservation for now and wait-n-see, though the price sucks now? Any suggestions? Any similar experience before? Thanks for any feedback.
