flipflopsforever Posted December 6, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2007 I will be on Carnival Spirit in March 2008 and am interested in visiting Cuyutlan to experience the black sand beaches/turtle sanctuary while the ship is in Manzanillo. Any suggestions as to how I can get there from the ship? I am travelling with my 24 year old daughter and we like to do our own thing versus the ship excursions. Anyone have any experience with private tour companies or favorite cab driver in this area? Thanks so much for any info you can share!

karfest Posted December 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 15, 2007 http://www.gomanzanillo.com/autotours/index.htm This link will get you to Federico Haro of Haro Tours. We have used both Federico and his associate, Arturo, for several different trips. They both speak excellent English and are very personable. The vehicles are air conditioned and very clean. We haven't gone to the turtle sanctuary yet be we hear it is a great experience. Let me knowif you need anything else.
