So. Carribean excursion recommendations

We will be sailing on the Galaxy to the Southern Carribean on 3/7/08. We will be visiting Tortola, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Curacao, and Aruba. We would appreciate some excursion recommendations for the cruise. We do not snorkel or scuba dive. Thanks for your help,
