This question has been asked before, including several days ago. So try using the search function to find more options. We used Christian, who can be reached at christianroymx@hotmail.com, for three days about two weeks ago. New van, fluent in English, great driver, highly reliable.

...we have arranged a tour w/Christian when the Splendour arrives in Valparaiso in a few weeks...he's been wonderful to work with via email. I'll post when we get home with more comments. Thanks to all on CC...a wonderful source of info for all of us!!:)
