Robin G Posted February 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 2, 2008 We are flying into Barcelona on 6/9 and boarding RC Brilliance of the Seas on 6/10. We are interested in visiting the Monestary the morning of 6/10. If we take the RC tour, do they hold onto our luggage on the bus and then take us to the ship from the Monestary? Is it any easier to just do it on our own? and how would we do that? and what the heck would we do with our luggage??? Thanks so much. bellagirl Posted February 2, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2008 Hi Robin-do you mean the monastery at Montserrat outside of Barcelona? If you do,we did the same kind of tour(through X),but in reverse order. We disembarked from Galaxy, took the tour to Montserrat(which was breathtaking and I would highly recommend),then they dropped us off at Place Catalunya. As for luggage, they store it in the bottom of the big tour buses and you don't have to worry about it until it's time to pick it up. Hope this helps a bit! Enjoy your cruise! debbymark Posted February 2, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 2, 2008 I don't think you can do a ship tour before boarding. Only on the day you leave the ship but of course you can do it on your own.

Robin Hi . yes it is very easy,on your own,but unfotunately not for you, as the the time it takes ,1 hour by train to Monastery & they only run every 2 hours. Only if you had a full day in Barcelona.
