Cozumel....May 5th...Cinco de Mayo

We will be in Cozumel on May 5th for Cinco De Mayo on Carnival Glory and are thinking about going to Paradise Beach. Do we just catch a taxi from the port? Is there a fee to come to Paradise Beach? Are their jet ski or wave runner rentals? How close is the shopping and Carlo's and Charlies?

 

Sorry so many questions. This will be our first time to Cozumel. Plus we are trying to find fun things to do being May 5th will be our 1st anniversary as well as a big holiday in Mexico.

Yes, you can catch a taxi at the port There is no fee to go to the beach there, but you can pay $10 for a bracelet to play on the water toys.

 

They also have a bar that serves really good food, and the waiters will wait on you hand and foot all day at your beach chairs, which are also free to use.

 

May 5, 2007 is also our wedding anniversary! :)
