I dont know about pre-cruise, like NOW, but you can go to the desk once you board and prepay cash towards your Seapass acct

You can buy gift certificates on line that can then be submitted for onboard credit. it's nice to get on board and have a nice credit

Yes you can. This is how I do it. I called RCL @ this number,

1-800-722-5443. You to give them your RCL booking number. They will set up a on board account. You can apply what funds you want into that account. The credit will be ready for you when you board or about 2 days into the cruise. I have recently done this. RCL will not email you a confirmation of funds in this account. I guess it is a security concern.
