Celebrity loyalist about to book Freedom...

We've got 30 cruises on X, and haven't been back on RCCL since our cruise on Explorer during it's 2000 inaugural season. We're looking for a quick cruise fix toward summer's end and have decided on FOS. We had been on Legend twice before our EOS cruise, and Monarch prior to that and noticed some subtle and some not so subtle changes while on EOS. We respect the differences between the RCCL and X products and don't necessarily see those differences as a negtive. But ship size and activities aside, what changes in the RCCL product, good and not so good, will we notice on Freedom as we return to RCCL after an eight year absence?
