cdnliving Posted February 22, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2008 Hello...first time cruisers here (family of 4)...I was wondering if you might be able to give us your thoughts on which cabin would be best - a partially obstructed junior suite" (obstructed by the window washer) or a balcony cat. D1 at the front of the ship? Any thoughts would be most appreciated....thanks!
PhoenixCruiser Posted February 22, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 22, 2008 The JS would get my vote, especially for four. More space, a tub in the bathroom, and two C&A cruise credits. ###
SeaGrizz Posted February 22, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2008 No question about this one - JS much better. The partial blockage is not a bother, believe me. After a day you'll never even notice it. I've been in a blocked room on this ship. You'll be glad you have the room. JS is worth it - bathtub, walk-in closet, larger room, larger balcony. It will be much more comfortable for 4.
madforcruising Posted February 22, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2008 I agree with the others, go with the JS. Much more space in the room, bathroom and out on the balcony. Especially whith 4 people in the cabin.

cb at sea Posted February 22, 2008 #6 Share Posted February 22, 2008 That "obstruction" isn't much at all. After a few minutes, you won't even notice it!
