We did Captain Bryan's a couple years ago and it was great! :) They took us out on a catamaran they stopped for snorkeling (most fish I've ever seen snokeling) then to the sandbar. We were with a group of about 15-20 people. It was so much better than the big crowds from the ships. They didn't have a linch or alcholic drinks but we didn't want that. They had a guy videotaping but we didn't buy the video. Plan on booking them again in May and taking the kids.
