Questions about Value Booklet Coupons

Recommended Posts

First I apologize if I am asking a question that was asked before, I tried the search several times today but the function was down.

I was thinking about buying some coupon booklets on Ebay. Does your coupon booklet have to match your Crown and Anchor level? We're gold currently, does the book have to say gold or would they accept coupons from diamond/platnium? Also is there a limit to the coupons you can use? If we had 2 books could we use the coupons from both?

Thanks again for any responses!!

The value of the coupons is NOT worth paying for!!!! And no--they don't care what level you're at--if you have a coupon, they will accept it! But spending money on a $$of coupon just doesn't make sense! Check the drawers in your cabin--folks often leave the booklets behind.

I have just become a platinum member and have bought several Diamond Plus coupon books on eBay. I have never once been stopped from using the coupons on board. The only place I heard they give you a hard time is at the Spa. And I wouldn't spend those prices even with the 20% Diamond coupon. But of course there is no way of knowing when they will tighten the restrictions. That's a risk I take. But with 4 people traveling, we have saved alot of money by using them. (we use mostly the Internet, Casino, Pics, Seattle Best Coffee, Ben & Jerry's and the free drink coupons) I will however only buy when the price is right. It makes no sense to spend $45 on coupons only worth $50 to me, but if I can get it for $20, I'll do it every time.
