Just back from the Sun. There are four treadmills, two cross-trainers and two bikes as well as weight equipment. No sauna. Hours are 7am to 10pm. There are nicely fitted out bathrooms attached to the gym.:)

Actually there is a sauna on the sun ! Its just b4 you get to the womens change rooms to the right or port side walking into the gym. Its a mixed sauna M/F but am sure a lot of people think it is for the exclusive use of the day spa paying patrons but it is not!Tracey and I used it a few times on our Sun cruise.Also the Ladies and Gents change rooms either side of the gym have the cleanest freshest public toilets on board,again because most think they are only for the day spa patrons,great showers too.

 

Go everywhere on the ship unless there is a sign saying no entry or staff/crew only,thats what the signs are for.Have fun and make sure you find the secret staircase:D .
