mmsoko Posted March 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2008 The particular cabin is Aloha 309, a balcony cabin at the front bump out. Does anyone know if the balcony view toward the back is blocked by a wall or if the balcony is open on two sides? Any help.. photos? ....would be appreciated. jenmerry Posted April 13, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Here you go. Look at the photos.http://mysite.verizon.net/res76zxu/princessbalconies/index.html Marilyn Wow, this forum really is amazing. We just got assigned cabin A633 on the Island Princess 5/26 sailing. There's not much specific information posted on this ship or the Coral Princess so I was searching for additional info on the cabin/balcony setup when I came across this thread giving me exactly the info I needed (and even a picture of our balcony). Thanks so much everyone!

califgary Posted April 13, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 13, 2008 We are in a mini on Baja deck in the center bumpout facing forward for Panama Canal this Sept. I know we give up some balcony "space" but the wrap around balcony sounds awesome!
Rouge Wave Posted April 13, 2008 #7 Share Posted April 13, 2008 We think the leading and trailing cabins on the bumpouts, Caribe deck, on the Island/Coral are the best cabins on the entire ship. By the way, we think the Island Princess is the PERFECT cruise ship. The Panama Canal cruise on the Island Princess is truly wonderful.
