C&A special offers via e-mail

Recommended Posts

Feeling kind of stupid at the moment...am I doing something wrong???

I keep receiving C&A e-mail telling me to click on the provided link and then on Special Offers to find C&A savings certificates. When I click on the provided link, I'm taken to RCCL's homepage where there's a link for All Hot Deals, but no link to Special Offers. Are there actual savings certificates that can be applied to specific sailings or are the Hot Deals, in fact, the so-called savings certificates?

"Hot Deals" are fake sales. ;) They mean that cabin fares have been reduced on those sailings. But they probably haven't been.

Sometimes there are residency or senior discounts, but you would only see those if they apply to you and you have checked those boxes as you go through the booking process.

Thanks...I understand that but where are the savings certificates I'm supposed to be able to access when I log in? Are there actual online certificates or are the hot deals, in effect, the "certificates?"

There are coupons. New ones are issued every quarter. You have to be "logged in" to see them, because they are only accessible to C&A members.

I can't post the link here, because it would be *my* link and show my personal information. :D

They are certificates. Once you log in, they are under "Crown and Anchor Society", click on "special offers", then click "savings certificates". The current group must be booked by 3/31/2008. After that, a new group will be listed. 3 month time frame, I believe, so next group should be good until 6/30/2008.

Thanks...I (stupidly) assumed the "certificates" would appear once I logged in. Never dawned on me to click on C&A and then on "special offers." Found what I was looking for, thanks to you!
