Sapphire Princess E732 vs E735

Is there any reason the BB aft balcony E732 is preferable over E735 or vise versa? I've pretty much made up my mind I want either one of those after reading posts about aft balconies. Doesn't seem like there would be much difference but just thought I'd ask the experts. Thanks!

Just starting my cabin research, so while this post is near the top, just thought I'd ask...

What beam? E732/E735 is on my consider-list for an upcoming AK cruise, but I haven't seen any photos yet.

I found these pics that show the E732/E735 balcony: http://www.pbase.com/dchip/diamond_princess

My DW thought it seemed sort of closed in, and not enough space up by the railing for both of us to sit out there at the same time in the reclining chairs. She told me I'd have to sit in the back! :) It's a large and very deep balcony and there are a lot of positive comments about it. The beam is really part of the back of the ship, the wall if you will, from which the hole is cut out for the balconies. Sort of gets in the way of the balcony space and view.

Here are pics I found showing the cabin I switched to: http://travel.webshots.com/album/231290997lPryJu?vhost=travel

Not nearly as deep but has a more open feel from looking at the pictures. Still enough space for a couple recliner type chairs and a small table and some upright chairs. A lot of positive comments about this one too. Most important my DW approved! :D

Those two sets of pictures give a good sense of what the balconies are like for each. E732/E735 and C748/C753 are all BB category so same price, just need to decide which balcony you like best.

Other things to consider are the Emerald deck is right above Club Fusion, some have reported slight noise, but many others didn't seem to hear anything. Caribe deck has cabins above and below which is generally considered to be more quiet.

There is also D740/D741 but there are reports of a vent there causing some odors that have bothered some people so I didn't look to closely at those.

I originally had a mid ship BA booked on the Caribe deck due to the larger size balcony on this deck. I moved to the aft when I saw cabins available because I really think I will like the aft. But I also like that these aft BB cabins are fully covered, thus private and that you are looking down at the water and not the mini-suite balconies of the Dolphin deck right below you.

Hope this helps!
