Trying to book excursions

I'm trying to book excursions through Peat Taylor and Capt. Marvin's but I'm having a HARD time getting in touch with either.

Anyone know why or can you suggest something. I'm sailing on Star Princess Dec. 5

Looking to contact people in grand Cayman at this time is pretty iffy- The island was nearly destroyed in a hurricane a few weeks back. I would wait a couple of weeks and see what happens.
