Advance Guest Registration Form- ID Question

I just printed the forms off even though it says to do so within seven days prior.

 

There is a section on instructions for identification needed, then the document type, and document info. I left all of those blank because I assume for a cruise on Pride of America you only need a driver's license. Right? You don't need a birth certificate, etc.

 

Do you need an additional form of identification besides the driver's license?

You don't need anything in addition to the drivers license.
