I could be wrong...but I believe you will have to go to the laundry to use an iron. Or send your clothes out to be pressed. I don't believe any rooms are allowed to have irons.

Your in a full suite, your laundry, dry cleaning and pressing is complimentary. Princess does supply irons in the self service laundry rooms, but you wont' need them, just send it out, no charge. And just an FYI-Irons are not allowed in passengers staterooms because of the fire hazzard they cause.
