tangles00 Posted April 24, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2008 I have read that it is illegal to have any codeine in Greece. Fair enough, local law. But I have a prescription with codeine and another pain relief (over the counter) that has codeine in it. Does anyone know if you could leave it on the boat and hope that the authorities would be none the wiser? Or just leave them at home and stick to basic pain relief and hope that they help?
Susan-M Posted April 24, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 24, 2008 I think you'll be safe leaving it on the ship, but here's some info that might help: http://www.greeka.com/greece-health.htm
CoralReef Posted April 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 25, 2008 Same situation here. We will have them on the ship, and I'm not the least bit nervous. In fact, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have any problems actually carrying them, but we're leaving them on the ship just in case.
