Cubechick Posted July 18, 2008 #26 Share Posted July 18, 2008 Did you choose a category and state room? Or did you just choose a category with a guarantee? I don't see stateroom 7100 on the Dream... I found it! :D It's an inside cabin a little bit forward of the lobby/reception area. The floor plan says the room is a category I. HTH!

Is it in a bad area? Good or ok area? Seeing as its been ages since I went on my first cruise I would have no idea :(

Seeing as its been ages since I went on my first cruise I would have no idea :( I'd think that's a pretty good area. You're close to the reception area if you need anything and just two decks down from the start of the restaurants, etc. Only other rooms above and below you so hopefully relatively quiet. I'd be pleased with the location if I were you.
Purple4343 Posted July 18, 2008 #29 Share Posted July 18, 2008 Well great to hear. Only thing better were if I had a balcony and a view hehe :) :p
Carnac767 Posted July 19, 2008 #30 Share Posted July 19, 2008 If you want privacy, then draw the drapes. ..... You can do that . . . though it sort of defeats the purpose of having an oceanview cabin.
