Weigt Watchers restaurant points website

I know this has ben posted as I have seen it before, but now I am searching and cant find it. Can anyone tell me the name of the websites that have the points calculated for restaurants. I would really appreciate it.

Dottie's website has points, but a lot of it is old information. It is www.dwlz.com.

Tons of places have their NI online now, which is helpful. I always check that first to be as accurate as possible!

I have seen that one, and it is outdated. I know I have seen a few listed on the boards so I know there are more. This will teach me to write things down. I am starting weight watchers for the third time, but this time I am on a mission. One guy at work laughed at me for trying this and another friend made a comment about my extra lbs so now I just want to prove them wrong and show them I can do this. The more they drag me down the more motivatd I am. I started a food journal so I wanted to write in the back of it all the points for the fast food I like so I always have it on me. I hope this works. I'm off to the gym now, hopefully I can just stay motivated.

Oh my goodness, how rude for someone to make a comment to you especially in the workplace! Good for you for doing this for yourself. Is there anyone at your workplace that could join you for support? There are several gals in my unit ( I'm an RN) that are also doing WW. None of us are going to meetings, but we cheer each other on and share our strategies, recipes and low point foods. It's great to celebrate each other's triumphs and help with struggles.

I almost died when he said that to me. But I weighed myself tuesday morning after exactly one week and I lost 3.5 lbs. So I just gotta keep it up.

I just joined WW again . Been joining for the last 10 years. I don't have much to lose, I am sure you don't either. Oncce i have a goal (like a vacation) I can usually stick to it. You can too. good luck . Jk from NJ
