Cruising with 5?

I'm confused here...I'm a possible first-timer on NCL and cruising for the first time with my whole family. My brother and sister-in-law have 3 kids...is there really no room on the entire Norwegian Jewel that can accomodate 5 people? That seems crazy to me! How do parents with three young children cruise NCL?

AB penthouse (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus all the perks) or two adjoining cabins, outside or balcony

AB - 11006, 11012, 11018, 11024, 11030, 11506, 11512, 11518, 11424, 11530
