okay i found out that there is a charge for ben & jerry's ice cream on explorer - can anyone tell me the cost of it - i can't seem to find out any information - we are leaving in 3 weeks and of course my husband is more interested in what to eat and loves B&J ice cream

it depends on what you get for example if you get chocolate scoop in a cone it is $1.50.

It's comparable to prices at the B&J stores in your home town.

From what I remember on the other Voyager Class ships, it is more like the prepackaged bars you get at a supermarket. The Freedom Class ships have a Ice Cream Parlor type store. I don't remember the cost tho.

Looking at my bill from December 2005, we spent $7.48 on ice cream for two. They may have been double scoops - I can't remember exactly what we ordered. There's also a 15% tip in there.

On Voyager and Explorer, you can get ice cream scooped into tubs or cones, sundaes, milk shakes and prepackaged Peace Pops and maybe other things.
