What ship is docked in Galveston today? 8-4-08?

If you look at the Cruise Cam on Galveston.com webcams. There is a ship in port, but it does not appear to be a Carnival, looks like a Royal?

 

So lets play name that ship!

 

There are no ships scheduled in today, I dont think...so maybe one diverted from somewhere else due to the tropical storm????

Wonder who it is and why its there???

its not the Ecstacy. Ecstacy is open at the bow, this one is enclosed. Actually doesnt even look like a Carnival ship.

 

Thats what has me confused
