I see online where I can buy packages... but where can you buy these extras like a bottle of rum and such for you room?

Some of the packages are, like the anniversary/honeymoon package. It's a great deal for what you get. I've read where some folks are kind of disappointed in the "decorating" packages.

 

Order a bottle of rum from groupeventdream@ncl.com. This needs to be done at least 2 weeks prior to sailing. Be prepared for a hefty price tag ($60 for a liter of Bacardi Superior) and a $3 service charge for each bottle ordered. It's worth it though... Much cheaper than a drink by drink price.
