Help! Why would this happen?

I am booked on SOS leaving Port Canaveral tomorrow and I just logged into my account on RCI's website and my reservation is gone!

 

Of course they are closed. Does anyone know what this could mean?

They usually do computer maintanace over weekend and holidays.

they disappear close to sailing, don't worry, everything is fine. Have a great cruise!!!

website maintenance...happens EVERY weekend....:D

This has nothing to do with the weekend maintenance. They close out the cruise around 36-24 hours before and take everything off the website for the cruise.

thanks- moment of panic. But my friends that are going with us did not print out their set sail pass. They did the online check in - just didn't print that out. What should they do?

at this point they can't print it out.....did they get paper docs??? if so, fill them out. if not, jus go up to checkin...the info should all be there.....if not, they will just enter it at the pier.

Plan on standing in line longer to fill out the forms, not a huge issue just will take a bit longer.

have fun..once i DID have the setsail pass but their computer burped and my info went into space...took like 2 minutes to fill it out again and have them enter it...but my moms stuff didn't vaproize!! who knew....
