Ocean Spirit Posted September 7, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Years ago we went on the Kon Tiki in St. Thomas. When I was searching the excusions for Independence of the Sea in Dec. I didn't see it listed. Anyone been on it lately and were you able to board at the pier or have to take a cab to some place. If anyone has a website or other information concerning Kon Tiki, it would be appreciated.
CroozeAddict Posted September 7, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 7, 2008 We went on this excursion years ago too and it was one of the highlights of the cruise. I'm not sure why it isn't offered by RCI but here's the web site with contact info. http://www.cruiseshipexcursions.net/kont.html

Rare Buffettfan 225 Posted September 7, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Last two cruises I also looked for KonTiki (while on two seperate cruise lines) and I thought I read there had been a fire that destroyed KonTiki. Hope a replacement comes back.
