Butterfly~kisses! Posted September 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2008 For anyone who has been on an 8 day cruise recently, could you help me out please? We have the late dinner seating 'requested'. There will be 4 sea days on our cruise. I understand that usually on the first night and the last night there will only be 1 show for everyone, at around 10:30pm. What about the show times for the late dinner seating for the other nights? Does it depend on it being a sea day or a port day? Are the late seating shows usually before dinner or afterwards? Any info would be greatly appreciated!:)
Froufie Posted September 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2008 On most cruises there are 2 showtimes - one around 8:30 for early diners and the other around 10:30 for later diners. I have been on cruises where in some cases the 'late' dinner show was before dinner (e.g. 7 pm) and the early diners still saw the show at their usual time (e.g. 8:30). This usually happens when there is deck party or some other entertainment at 10:30 pm which is for the whole ship!
mrsfuzzmo Posted September 18, 2008 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2008 Yep... Same as what Froufie said. Sometimes they are after dinner, sometimes before, depending on the evenings entertainment. Best bet is to check your Caper's newletter for showtimes each day.

Check on the roll calls for a cruise a few weeks prior to yours. If it is really important you can ask someone on the roll call to report back on show times.
