Amtrak or Quick Coach transfer from Vancouver

4 couples arriving at The Canada Place Princess docks in Vancouver on July 25, 2009. We need transfer to Seattle motel in the Sea airport area. If we use Amtrak how do we get to the train station and after we get to Seattle how far is this train station from the airport hotels. If we use Quick Coach do they pick up right at the cruise lines docks and do they deliver to airport Hotels?

Why dont you try your cruise ship transfer to the airport in Seattle and find a hotel that has shuttles to and from the airport.

I know Quick Coach picks up at the cruise ship terminals and takes you right to SEATAC. For there, easy to call for a hotel shuttle.

As the OP has pointed out, Quick Coach picks up at the cruise terminal and delivers you right to SeaTac. However a lot of people do enjoy Amtrak, they claim it is a much more pleasant ride, one of the other advantages of Amtrak is that is will give a good part of the day to explore Vancouver. You can get to the train station by cab or if you can manage your own baggage, by SkyTrain, our ELS system. The station for SkyTrain is about 100 paces east of Canada Place and you get off at Main St. station which is right across the street from the Pacific Central Station. If you are disembarking at Ballantyne Pier you will have no choice other than a taxi. Taxi from CP will be <$15 and from BP about $10; however be aware the Vancouver taxis have been downsized and will only hold 2 to 3 people with luggage. Frankly I am not sure how close the train will get you to SeaTac but I am certain that some other poster will know.:)

It's about 14 miles from Seatac to the Amtrak depot in downtown Seattle.
