Do any beaches offer scuba diving?

My husband wants to dive while were are in Cozumel in November. The rest of the family wants to hang at the beach, eat, drink and relax. A pool would be a bonus as we have a few kids and they really love a pool. An all-inclusive would be great. Does anyone know if any of the beach clubs offer diving right on the premises?

Chankanaab Park has on-site dive shops. Your DH could do a guided shore dive there. It isn't even close to the best diving Cozumel has to offer, but it wouldn't suck either. If he wants to dive one or two of the better sites, he'll need to do a boat dive. He could do that from Playa Palancar. I think he could also arrange a dive from Playa Uvas.

Bruce is correct, your husband could also arrange diving at playa uvas as well.
