Is there a way to see an OBC under my cruises on rccl's website? I'm wondering how you know that is will be credited to your account on the cruise. I booked a cruise today under the Wow sale, and I want to make sure they're giving me the OBC.
As far as I know [and I have looked] there is no way to see it on RCI's website. It should show however on your invoice. If you add on an OBC [such as Shareholder] after booking you will generally need to call C&A or your TA [depending on how you booked] and ask for a copy of the updated invoice. I've never had a problem getting my OBCs, but it is comforting to know that you have something in writing if you didn't get proper credit and had to go to the Purser's Desk.
