Quebec city car rental, location site???

Does anyone know what the car rental location site would be for the pier area? We would like to rent a car and go to Mont. Falls and St. Anne de beauquebec. We will be at the large pier, I think 103? Thanks for any help. Hope this doesn't double post, but the first one didn't come up on the boards.,

There's nothing very close to the main dock areas. The closest would be the Budget and Hertz offices on Cote du Palais, right beside/opposite the Manoir Victoria hotel.
