Was thinking about staying here in march for one night pre cruise. the website for this hotel says that there is shopping near by the hotel. For anyone that has stayed here before, what kind of shopping is right by the hotel? Also, the hotel metions that they serve breakfast but says nothing about lunch or dinner. Are there restaurants near the hotel that are within walking distance? is the shopping within walking distance or do you need to take a taxi?

We stayed at Comfort Inn, which is across the street from HI, and found a number of restaurants in the general area-walking. HI is several blocks from Ashford Avenue which has a number of shops and restaurants. There is a Walgreens down Ashford, not too far (take a right on Ashford when you come from HI). I was wondering if The Holiday Inn Express offered a shuttle service from the airport and also to the port?

No shuttles. You will need to take a cab

There were a lot of taxis outside both HI and Comfort Inn in the morning.
