Transportation from Venice Airport to hotel in Mestre

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best mode of transportation from the Venice airport to our hotel in Mestre, Venice?

I just got back from Venice, but unfortunately I don't have any advice for you other than it would be best to check with your hotel, or even on their website as they may have some info on their site. I would say that most of the time there is someone at the hotel that is able to speak english and give you some good info.

We were staying near the Piazza San Marco, so for us we took a water taxi to the airport. Where you are on the land part of Venice, I would guess the most cost effective way would be to take the bus. They are pretty efficient over there!

Simply take a taxi, the price should be be about 30 Euros
