Diving in Grand Cayman through Carnival

Does anyone know who Carnival uses for their Dive Excursion in Grand Cayman? My husband wants to dive and we plan on booking an excursion through Carnival because our time on Grand Cayman is very short - we don't want to risk missing the excursion or the ship's last tender.

 

The rest of the family won't be diving and we just want to spend the day at the beach - I'm trying to figure out which dive company Carnival uses so we can try to pick a beach close by.
