Letter to Guests?

I was thinking this morning that most of my guests have never been on a cruise before. Have any of you come up with a newsletter that you have sent out to the sailing guests outlining what they need as far as clothing, what to expect, etc? Or did you come up with a more creative idea on how to inform them of what they needed?

- packing & todo lists

- welcome aboard letter

We used all this for my daughter's wedding cruise in June.
