I know that this has been discussed in the past, but I believe that it it important enough to bring up again.

 

With Veterans Day just last week and the economy the way it is, I like to be able to save money any way possible. I just saved an additional 15% on my Alaska cruise for next Aug.

FYI -- the military discount applies to veterans with honorable discharges, too. And the spouse of an active duty military person.

 

The actual discount is as high as 15%, but decreases as you get closer to the sailing time. It is 6% if within 60 days, for example.

I just found out about it after 3 cruises, dang it. Now, I make sure I get that form in as soon as possible.

Fill out the form and email it in to the military desk....I did just 10 days ago for my Nov. 29th sailing and they credited my credit card $130.00! It's worth a try!

And for those non military\veteran they also offer a union discount, my PCC compares to see which one would benefit me more

This is a great program:) A couple years ago when NCL first announced this discount, many of us had a lot of trouble getting info. Now it seems like they have all their ducks in a row! I saved about $200 on my upcoming cruise! I researched prices and availability on the NCL site using the PGMIL promo code. I ultimitely ended up booking with an online TA for extra savings in addition to the military discount. THANKS NCL:D
