h20skinuts Posted November 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2008 Does anyone have any suggestions that do good 1 tank scuba dives? My friend and I are planning on doing the dolphin swim in the morning but were hoping to have time to squeeze in a 1 tank dive also before we have to be back at the ship. The main problem we are finding is the companies that do offer 1 tank dives only offer them as shallow dives..we were hoping for a deeper 1 tank dive. Any ideas or information? Thanks! Have you tried posting this question on scubaboard dot com in the Cozumel area? You may get some responses there. Out of curiosity, why does it matter how deep is the dive? Isn't it the quality that matters. I am not too familiar with Cozumel diving, although I will be doing so next month.
h20skinuts Posted November 19, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted November 19, 2008 The only reason the depth matters to me is because I am concerned lots of the shallow dives offer merely nothing more than snorkeling can get. When I was in the virgin islands, on one of the dives I did, they took us to the same spot where snorkelers were. I felt that the snorkelers got to see the same amount of stuff I did for way less of the price. However, if there is a shallow dive that offers great scuba diving, that would be fine with me. This was my only concern.
